Hiking Trip From Teluk Bahang to Muka Head's Light House

Last Sunday, I had completed my 1st hike of the year. I hiked with DK's friends from Teluk Bahang to Muka Head's Light House a journey which took us about 5 hours to complete. Although its a exhausted hike for some of the gals, but i should said bravo to them... coz they hardly complained during the trip and seems like very enjoyed themselves with sweat all over their face.
During the trip we were lucky coz able to visit the light house which is locked most of the time... and its located 1.2km away from Monkey Beach. It was build in 1883 with the cost of £38k... wow... a huge amount back in 1883!! (by my calculation with 5% of inflation per year... now it should cost around RM 5.2 million)
This light house is powered by solar energy... hmmm... a best source of energy for a remote area... and the ships out there wont crash into Penang's coastal during black out ;)Click here for more photos.
