7:30pm Unofficial result... Anwar leading by a very big majority. PKR may announce Anwar won the by-election soon!

8:16pm Anwar has bagged around 32,000 votes so far to Ariff’s 14,000 - an 18,000 majority. Anwar is on track towards a 20,000 majority!
Official result
Anwar got 31,195 votes, Arif Shah, 15,524, Hanafi, 92. Anwar won with a majority of 15,671. Anwar's wife, Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, won the seat with a 13,388 majority at the March 8 general election.
